Full Refund
For cancellations made within the 24-hour window, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Partial Refund
If you cancel your order after 24 hours but before the item has been shipped, a 10% handling fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Shipped Orders
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you are welcome to initiate a return after receiving the product, in accordance with our Return Policy.
Custom or Pre-Ordered Items
Personalized or pre-ordered clothing items are non-cancellable, as they are made specifically to your requirements.
Exceptions
In cases where the cancellation arises from an error on the part of BLUENODE SOFTECH PRIVATE LIMITED—such as receiving the wrong item or the item being out of stock—a full refund will be issued with no deductions or fees.
